Bugs, Leaf spots and more....

alright, so I've been noticing tiny black flies around the medium of my plant and on the leaves towards the bottom. I'm currently in flowering and wondering what route I should go to fix this problem. This morning i found a tiny black bug on one of my leaves and started inspecting for damage. The bug didn't seem to be moving much but there were tiny black spots all over the leaf top. It was kinda hidden at first but when held up to the light, the spots could easily be seen. Now what do you think these things are? Fruit flies, gnats, fungus gnats, ....???? Any responses are welcome. Thanks!

Im about 6 weeks in on a 10 week flower strain, sorry it took so long for a response. I ended up using a ittle bit of neem oil and flly traps. The sticky yellow traps worked wonders. I have killed at least 30 or so. I got em in the soil so as soon as new ones come up (if they arent dead from the neem oil) then they just fly to the traps like a magnet. My big main fan leaves are also dying off from the bottom up. Any ideas? Everything else is pretty green. Nitrogen def?

im not sure if it works for gnats but if you mix diatomaceous earth with some water in a regular spray bottle, it instantly kills the majority of exoskeletal insects. just make sure you give your plants a pretty good spray job, bottoms of leaves too.
