Bugs in the soil

there are little tiny yellow bugs hopping around in my soil.. what are these? are they normal? and if not how do i get rid of them?

they're probably fungus gnats, I've had them before and they are little troopers.
they are normal in not-so-tidy growrooms, and they munch on all the roots you want
left alone. the best way I find is to prep your soil(?) with diatomaceous earth. I usually spend about twenty bucks per pot and mix. If you're not repotting soon, or at all you could throw some DE on the top soil and try watering less.
