Bugs, Funghi or what? Anyone know?

im growin some outdoors early misties there lookin pretty good but ive noticed some white greyish dots that turn into holes appearing on some of the leaves. I took some pics take a look.
Anyone know whats up?

Go and click bugs or diseases at the top. It is easier to you to id this then us.

cant tell you what bug it is, but you should go buy some bug spray ASAP. i use 'foxfarm dont bug me'

I'm a newbie but as I understand it neem oil is effective against insects, won't change the look, smell, or potency of your weed, and also wards off mold. I plan on using neem oil weekly.
