Bug/pest identification? Recommendations?

What's up all,
The past week or so I have been noticing these small white bugs crawling on my lower and new inner growth only. They are microscopic in size, but are certainly long and narrow. They appear to "scoot" similar to a centipede, rather than "run" as a spider/bug would. From what I can tell, they are unable to bend in the middle and to turn around they must move the front of their body one way, while moving the rear of their body the opposite direction.image.jpgimage.jpg.
I have been quite successful in exterminating them simply by seeing them and picking them off one by one. They are so tiny I can barely kill them between my fingers because they fall into my fingerprints. I seem to have gotten them under control using this method, but every so often I'll spot one sitting on a leaf. They don't seem to go near the tops of the plant, and are isolated to only one plant out of five (so I'm assuming they can't jump, fly, or crawl from the bottom of my grow box, up a pot (no pun intended)).

Any ideas/suggestions? I hear ladybugs are great, and would prefer this to any pesticide or similar. Though I'd prefer not to have ladybugs flying over my house.

Anyway, here are a few pics, one of the bug in question, one of the damage it leaves behind by eating the leaves.

White flies, use neem oil products, azadirachtin. Treat again 7 days later. I would treat the plants at least three times. Spray plants when lights are off.
