I am hoping that someone can help me identify this bug. I do a soil grow, and when I've watered the past few weeks, these really small grayish insects come out of the soil and collect on the rim of the pot. They only come out when I water. They don't seem to be harming the plants at all, but they continue to emerge at every watering even after I've wiped them off the rims at each watering. Has anyone seen this, or have any ideas of what they could be? Thanks for any help
