Not a clue! Looks like an itty bitty penguin, with antennae. Does it have wings? (I’m viewing on my phone).
You know the way they move around they have to have them. But I’ve only noticed them the last 2 days so I can’t really exactly tell you if they do or not!

Buffalo treehopper, maybe.
It’s got the body type, there’s one called a black and white treehopper that looks somewhat similar. That one has pretty long antennae for a leafhopper., but If it doesn’t have jaws and has a piercing mouth then it’s almost certainly some kind of leaf hopper. They tend to be pretty transitory outdoors, and normally don’t cause a lot of problems, but they do suck plant juices, and can carry plant viruses (rarely).

Yeah time to spray the girls anyway, been putting it off for whatever reason lol. Captain jacks will do the trick hopefully.
