Buds are dying

rotting at the stalks killing my buds it starts from the top of the plant and gradually works its way down 2nd time its happened cant find a solution thought it might be over watering.

Got a camera? I'd think you'd have to have some kind of physical injury to the stalk to have such an issue, or a bad bruise. Did you bang it into your lights or something. I've never heard of stalk rot, except at ground level from cutworms (outdoors).

I got a a little patch of rot in the middle of a main stem once before - I applied rooting powder (which contains some sort of anti-fungal, according to the packet) and it cleared up, leaving a weird bulge around the affected area.

are u misting the plants? cus that seems the only way to get bud rot.
