Budget lighting T8 fluorecent tubes, which is the better of the two?

Ok i currently have these running right now for my budget lighting until next payday...

Or might these be better to use...???

Looking for the best lights to use in vegetative state, im sure these will work for that until it comes time to flower. unless im mistaken? Plants are about 10" high indicas and some seedlings as well. thanks guys!

not 100% sure but i believe the 6.5k would be good for vegging and the 3.1k for flowering?.?. But the light is wide spectrum too so that might be ok for a whole grow, id get others advice as well cause im only 90% sure. *I use a 3.1k and a 6.5k both for my whole grow just for extra light up the sides of the plant, along with my 400watt HID lamp* and alot of people will tell ya to go ahead and buy a HID lamp as it will give ya alot better results...goodluck bud
