I am about to be in week 7 of flowering will the buds put on like anymore size I'm using cfl and sun and the buds are long and skinny

you didnt say how big or post a pic of the plants current buds, I suspect a lack of lighting to be the main cause of your stretched skinny buds, but anyway, yes, they will. Unless your alot further along than you make it seem. The last few weeks is when most of the weight of the buds is added as it sucks out all its energy from the fan leaves and directs everything it has into the buds.
