Bud rot?

Now is there any point in keeping the parts that aren’t rotted. Or just process it and don’t smoke it
 
Spray diluted proxided proxide on the affected areas and cut it out and pray again.. moniter the area in question.. bud wash at harvest any salvageable buds..
