Bud rot, deficiency, or root zone issue? Blue Dream wk 6 flwr

Hey Guys, I noticed something new which I haven’t seen in my own grow. It almost looks like what I’d believe to be bud rot but also feel it can’t possibly be rot.

Environment: 5x10, 800cfm exhaust & 600cfm intake. 4 fans circulating air in space.
RH - 45%-55% (avg 50%)
Temp - 67°-78°F
Medium - FFOF in a 5 gallon
Nutrients - gh maxi line. I’m running GH maxi vs jacks 321 in this tent. Everything running on jacks is showing denser buds with no issues. The two girls on maxi have been requiring attention.
PH & PPM - 5.8-6.4 & ppm slightly lighter then nut recommendations.

I’m prepared to cut this branch off, the cola in the images is the only one showing these symptom.

Looks more like it’s pollinated or has been sprayed. Never seen bud rot in a bud that skimpy. Not saying it’s not.

Is it possible that if I poured nuts directly on bud accidentally this could be the result?

I’m more then likely going to remove it to be safe. The cola is from a lower node that hasn’t been getting best light.

Absolutely it can cause the darkening and shriveling of pistils.
