Awesome, not too expensive either. Gonna see if I can find any info on it as well. Does it really increase yield that much?
I'm always super hesitant to use things I can't easily find safety sheets and stuff on. But if you have identical rooms (same amount of lighting etc) and he gained 2/3 a pound per plant and this is the only difference I would bet my life that it's got paclo or another pgr in it. Are his buds always more dense than yours and way more uniform in size? Do his plants seem to grow shorter and fill out better than yours? It's important to know if his plants develop differently from yours if they're the same genetics, and it could be a good indicator of whether or not this has something undesirable in it.
Yield is mostly strain, and light dependent, given all the other limiting factors are in check. A good grower doesn't need, or think about, snake oil, to get a good crop.
