Bubble Water

Hello-

Just watching a DVD and it mentioned spraying the above for increasing CO2. Is this standard mneral water with gas?

The dvd is i grow cronic you want the water that has only air in.Check the lable to see what the water has in it if it says it has salt or citric acid in stay clear.This is the poor mans version of a co2 generator it can also be done with sugar and yeast mix with warm water plenty of threads on you tube........tyke.................................
