Brand doesn't matter but the cheaper bags are made well....cheaply. I have a set of ipower brand from Amazon. They work fine but the seams came apart after some use- an ez fix though with a needle & thread. You do not need the full 8 bag set either - you'll likely use only 5: the 190, 120, 90, 73, & the 45- the rest are kinda useless.

Bubble bags , essential extract bags, ice-o-later bags or boldt bags. Anything else is crap.
Cheap bags, the material flakes off into the hash. The micron sizes are off. Some the dye bleeds into the water.
I've been using the same set of original bubble bags for years. I even have a lite set bubblebags that I have been using for year. They're still like new.
You get what you pay for.
You can get bubble bags from fresh headies or aqualab tech
Make sure to get the full 8 bag set.

I use grow your own brand. No complaints and economical. You don't need an 8 bag set. Look at Frenchy Cannoli's method. I have watched a lot of Bubbleman and like him. Keep in mind his videos are about selling products. So more money to be made on an 8 bag set. Frenchy uses Boldt Bags but doesn't say you need more than 3 bags. I get full melt without the trouble of using all the 8 bags that I bought.

They rarely seem to hang out much anymore. I used to watch a lot of bubbleman and have seen him treat john a little shitty before. I don't watch much of either anymore because it's all about rosin which doesn't interest me at this point in time.

My take on bubble bags is this: I grow hydro with a thorough flush at the end. I only need my bubble bags two or three times a year. I bought an inexpensive eight bag set and only use three of the bags at any time. A 220 for removing the bulk of the plant material. A 25 micron at the bottom and I like to play around with which one to use as the middle bag. The bag I use in the middle has everything to do with flavor and aroma. The more coarse the sieve, the more plant materials pass through, ergo the more terpenes. If your material hasn't received a proper flush you would want to go with the finer sieves to remove as much plant material as possible. Don't wring out your sieved hash in the bubble bags. Use a 25 micron pressing screen. Immediately rinse with cold water (NO SOLVENTS) and air dry dry your bubble bags after use and don't be abusive to your bags. Store your clean and dry bubble bags in an airtight container or at least in a trash bag folded at the open end. This will slow down the oxidation of whatever cheap plastics your bags were made with and help to prevent that eventual flaking of deteriorated cheap plastics into your hash. (HINT
I sometimes use my finest bubble hash to convert into a high grade ISO shatter.

x2 on the "Grow your own" brand. I have the 8 bag set with pressing screen and storage bag I got on e-site delivered to my door for $24. I've used it about 6 times in the last year and have pulled about 35 grams of some killer blonde (along with so many grams of 2nd/3rd bag colored hash) and the bags are just now really getting "broken in". Quality of the bags are surely brag worthy. When they arrived they were pressed flat in the shipping bag and it was a bit difficult to properly extract with the creases and folds in the bags. After a few uses its all gravy now. I would suggest soaking them in warm water and shake em out BEFORE you ever use them to uncrease and open up the bags for easier use. Hind sight is 20/20
