bubba kush slow flowering? day 36

Bubba Kush, 2x3x5 portable closet wrapped in panda film to be light tight, rooots organic soil in 5gal smart pot. 150w hps + 4 23watt 2700k cfl as lower side lighting.Botanicare bloom, liquid karma, hydroplex, cal-mag, sweet raw. Tap water left out 24 hours then ph'd to approx 6.5 [liquid dropper test not very accurate and not at all precise]water-w-f day 36 12/12. Did a flush with Clearex yesterday to flush salts. had not been done sincr 12/12 switch.Flower production still seems slow. flowers are approx. the size of a film canister on top. i see growth daily but it seems very slow still. temps are 75-77f during "day" 68-70f during night. 30-33% RH day. about 50% at night. This plant is Very healthy. very strong. for my first grow im very proud I have got it this far. but im wondering why rapid flower formation has not started. Wondering if im doing something wrong thats holding her. Im patient enough to wait for her to do her thing but im just wondering when rapid bud growth should begin. she started 12/12 at 16" finishhed stretching at 34 1/2". I topped her at 8". i have not done really any trimming since about a week before switch. couple fan leaves here and there to get light to some center bud sites but nothing crazy it was 3 leaves total, So i dont think its stress from trimming. but idk if its anything at all. maybe im just overly anxious to see it gets buds on it. Another post on here said his started rapid bud growth at day 33. I understand EVERY plant from seed is different so i didnt expect it to be on 33 but i just have not noticed a big change. is it an over night type of thing? i mean when i check her the a.m. will i be holy fuck! where did all that come from? or does it just kinda pick up the pace
