I am no pro but it looks like it's really moist and you really need to check ph. Let it dry out and check ph, when the plants start out
they try to build a root system and then push out the leaves. It should be pushing out leaves by now.

It looks fine. But try to keep soil aerated. 11 days old that looks like it's doing fine.
