Brownish crunchy buds

I have the tips ( 1 inch ) of 2 buds on a plant that are brownish and crunchy. other than the top 1 inch seem to be healthy and alright. I don't see any bugs or worms, all other buds on the plant are healthy. Que Pasa

Try getting some pics up. Sound like they are burnt ????? but if they are ready just cut the burn buds off the plant and start drying or take a sample to smoke and examine.
