Browning in unspecific areas and leaves looking like bird wings

So, earlier on Wednesday, I made the stupid mistake of putting my baby girl in the scorching hot sun. Luckily though, I wasn’t stupid enough to not check on her after 20 minutes. When I did, she was all curled up due to heat stress, I proceeded to water her with some rain water and she improved, however I can’t tell if she’s been deteriorating since or she’s improving. I’m really really anxious since this is the only plant I have with me and my other seeds are 2 hours away from me and currently unretrievable cause of COVID-19. I really really don’t want her to die, this isn’t my first grow but it’s the first time this is happening, looking back at pictures of my other 2 week old grows are making me even more anxious... any help would be kindly appreciated thanks in advance :)

P.S she’s an Early Skunk fem from seedsman

This was taken on Wednesday after I saved her from the heat and watered, she was completely curled upwards and inwards prior.

These were taken about 3 hours back(Friday) now it’s 2am on a Saturday as I’m posting this.

Also, is it just me or does it look like the new growth tip has been burnt off? Geez my anxiety is going through the roof!

You put up too many pics. 2 will suffice. It probably will survive since you only gave it 20 minutes of sun. Don't do that again. Stay indoors when that small.

Alright thanks for the tip :) so should I delete the extra pics? I posted em to show a progression of the plant since the problem occurred

Hmm your problem seems similar to mine. I heard nutrient burn only affects the tips and they ll sort of curl upwards at tips as well. Hoping for some feedback from veteran growers.
If its really nute burn then the whole rhizosphere is toxic and the little plant is not going to survive. But I've seen worse and miraculously it survived, so it could go either way.
As for your little plant with the leaves... for what, decoration? Mulch? I'll bet it'll come back after a week or so of not doing much growing. No worries. What kind of soil did you use there bud?
Interestingly, had you germinated the seed outdoors it wouldn't have burned. Crazy right?
So was there anything else while I'm here?

Thanks for your time :) I’ve taken out the dried leaves/ flowers (from a bougainvillea). Hoping for the best.. I used some 6 in 1 organic fertiliser soil... Never thought of germinating outdoors.. thanks for the tip... I’ll post updates in about a week :)

Haha your intuition was right my good Sir, thank you so much for your help. She seems to have recovered, new growth started around 4/4
. Safe to say that the problem was the grow medium, since it stopped getting worse when I changed it. Nute burn. New medium is top soil with river sand, I'll probably start adding nutes in a few weeks.

First was taken on 4/4 and 2nd was taken the day after.

might be some bad bacteria in the river sand but you'll know quick enough. generally we germinate seeds in and grow seedlings in a sterile mix because you don't want anything messing with the young roots. like bacteria or fungus. if it goes a week w/o turning on you you'll be ok i guess.
alternatively you could boil the river sand before you use it.
i'm interested to see how the plant grows in the mix you're using.

I think the sand should be relatively safe, I actually took some out of the garden for this baby, asked dad what the mix from the garden was and he told me some river sand at the bottom and top soil... It’s been around for a good year or so... I’ll keep ya posted :) thanks again for the advice

If you're using river sand and topsoil you dug you really should do a slurry test and check the pH. If it's high or low you can use things like lime to raise it or sulphur to lower it. That plant doesn't look happy at all. Don't think it likes what it's growing in.

Thanks for the tip on the pH. I’d bear this in mind where pH issues arise, though it definitely isn’t the case with this girl. If you’d compared the pictures which I posted initially with the last one I posted, you’d understand that she’d been improving. I feel you may have just viewed the latest picture which I posted and judged based on that? There’s a reason why they call cannabis “weed”. They’d thrive in most conditions. I was reminded about this when Danny said that she’d probably bounce back which he was right about. Anyways here’s her this week, she seems to be doing well 7C3E4814-262D-425D-B16C-9D8AFA8D319E.png
