  • One month into veg, yes in know they're small for their age, I'm working on that.
But yes, my leaves are becoming crispy brown and yellow. What is happening?

Here are the specs, yes I know I need more lights but anyway..
    8 plants
    8 CFL 26W 6500K. (= TO 100 WATT). 2 On the sides and 6 above the plants.
    gallon size pots.
Fox farms Ocean Forest soil since day one.
lights are about six inches from tops of plants.
    water every 2-3 days.
    stays about 78 degrees.
    distilled water.
    Any info would be appreciated,
    Thanks!

Dude they will never grow huge under cfl to begin with that is first problem, second you might be overwatering them...again, they don't grow as vigorously under cfl so you don't need to water as much. I would go buy fox farm big bloom and use half the recommended dose, and fox farm grow big at a quarter of the dose and see if that helps, or you could transplant into better soil

You said it Jstrings. You need more lights. You should have 2 26 watts on splitters per plant minimum. Plants are basically eating themselves to live. Look at the nodal spaces. Way too big for CFLs. They're reaching for that light but don't have enough light to get there. 26 watt CFLs need to be right on top of your plants, ala SeeMore Buds. You could try to make some can reflectors for now but you really should get more lights ASAP. Also there's no way those plants have taken up all the nutes in those pots yet, so don't throw more food at them, throw more light. Hope that helps. Good Luck!
