What is your medium?
All those additives are not necessary..........they just screw things up........plants only need the basic elements.

Did you buffer you coco before you used it?
You would have been better off starting them in a solo cup and transplanting.
Maintaining the proper moisture level with a small seedling in a large pot will be a challenge.......your coco looks dry.

I didn't buffer my coco but i started nutrients early
Well its my first time and i didn't wanna risk transplanting and harm the roots

Personally, I would flush the coco with a mild nute solution of just the base nutes and ditch all that other stuff.
Feed daily to run off once the roots are established.
Never let the coco dry and never ever use plain water.

You can't over water a plant with established roots in a 70/30 coco/perlite mix.
Coco holds 30% oxygen when totally saturated.........even more with perlite added.
That being said.......your plant is still quite small, so you need to be a little careful with your feeding for a week or so.
You shouldn't need to feed daily once you've flushed the coco at the beginning.
