brown spots on leaves of one of my plants, any ideas?

Hello everyone, I noticed these brown spots on one of my outdoor plant's and wondering if anyone knew what was causing this? I also noticed a couple of these little caterpillars that I will be treating. As always thank's for the great help.

Leafhoppers. No question. I have em too. Insecticidal soap works, if you spray them directly. Google "red and blue leaf hoppers" and you'll see pics. They also have several nymph forms, mostly the same shape and size as the adults, but one is white, and another is white with orange spots. You need to get on that, they spread molds, fungi, and plant diseases.
