brown spot leaves curling 3 week in flowering

Having some issues my girls, both plants are showing signs of a defeciency. Anyone know what it is?

before you make any more posts do the following:

1) take pictures
2) detail your grow, medium(soil? type? hydro?), lights, temperatures, humidity, PH of water, nutrients, etc, etc etc...

we cant help without you telling us whats wrong
