Broken Root

Went to check my youngins in my dwc today and the one that had a long tap root with side roots coming out of it was gone.

I change a frozen water bottle out of the res once a day and i think the bottle floating around is what broke it off?

Solutions? Advice? is losing roots that uncommon?

I've lost roots before, as long as there are other ones she should bounce back. Maybe a little stress but you should be fine. Post a pic.

yeah you'll be good. roots repair themselves rather quickly.
