i have some boards that are 200w 3500k and they have no driver, they work off the board and circuits i guess inside the heatsink , some of the leds have blown in patches and left only 70% of them working,
is it still safe to use? i want to put it in the cubard to veg my veg plants but not if its a fire risk, ive no idea if the leds left are being over powered now or if they just drop leds and work less wattage.

i know some wall plug to pannels seem to say there only protected by the series there in and when it blows other leds become over driven, and thus then burn out, i dont know if thats the case here, i dont wana risk a fire over some carrots and onions for my family ya know,
id suspect the fault within the circuitry of the led, wondering if they could be removed and replaced with a 480 driver i have spare run them direct from that i know safetey in drivers alot more than resistors etc , ill see if @Rocket Soul or somone chimes in , he knows his shit lol saved me from a mess and scored me soem seriously insane smoke with my bxebs haha

nah its like 4 years old now old commerital light tester here lol how dya knwo its safe mr x?
