I'm so damn'd unlucky when it comes to glass. But glass is just so much better. Well there's a short story to it so here goes.
Decided to toke outta the bong last night in my room whilst the old people are in their room next to me, so being stealthy was important. I hardly use it while they're not on vacation. I bought it while I had my own place at university. Successfully toked, and got high as hell of course. Things are about to go downhill though..
So I store my weed in a small glass preserves jar when I'm not smoking it. It's compact and can fit my eyedrops, lighter and small glass bowl too. And I store that glass jar inside an empty Hess Truck box, which is basically a 4x4x18 box basically. A long rectangle. While my bong was half-full of bong water (emptied the first half in an empty water bottle, it was sitting by my feet on the floor beside my bed. I put the jar in the Hess truck box. The box tilted slightly in one direction. The jar slid all the way from one side to the other and forced itself though the closed side of the box. It just happened to be aiming right towards the thin glass of my bong. Well glass hit glass.. and well.. I was too depressed to even clean it up last night, I vacuumed and etc all of the bits up today..
I think I might bury it out back. I just posted in another thread my fav thing to smoke out of was this ice bong (over a volcano), which I've had for maybe 3 months max. The only other glass I bought before this was a small glass bowl which I dropped on pavement the second night I used it.
For those who are wondering I only spent about 65$ on it + the 2 slides I got with it. But it was still so damn'd perfect.
