Bringing seeds on plane

So does anyone have experience bringing seeds into lets say the US on a plane? Is it legal? Breeders must somehow do it with hundreds or thousands of seeds
 
Shouldn't be an issue, seeds are legal as they don't contain more than .3% of thc. Much like mushroom spores.

Anything coming from abroad is subject to federal customs inspection...
I am guessing most breeders are discreet, and keep orders separated, to prevent attracting much attention
 
Every time I travel from Hawaii to the continental US our bags have to go through Agricultural inspection. It’s not too hard to get things by them though. Customs sometimes has dogs that look for ag products too.
