Brew Tea with 6" Bubble DISK and Commercial 35w Air pump Opinion

Ok so I have been making teas a little while now in a 4.5 Gallon bucket but I feel my pumps are not cutting it cause there is hardly any bubbles once I put them in water. Pumps I am using now are 2w and 3w. Well I was looking online and found a 6" Air Bubble Disk that I think would go perfect in my 4.5 gallon bucket for teas. I also found a O2 Commercial pump 35w 951 GPH air pump that I think would go perfect with the Air disk. What do you guy think? Do you think that this would be plenty of air bubbles for my tea?

Plenty, but at what cost?

A 9w or so pump should be more than enough for a 5 gal bucket and $25 or less.
