i agree to an extent on the stretching part, not always the case though, and i have yet to determine a male from a female due to how close a leaf is to the plant...i wouldnt throw anything away untill i see balls...some female pre flowers look like nuts at the start...too risky IMOmales tend to have more stretch than females, the leafs stay closer to the plant on a male too. I picked out the males in my first grow before they showed their sex
I don't mean I threw them out, I mean I told my room mate which ones were going to be male and I was 100% righti agree to an extent on the stretching part, not always the case though, and i have yet to determine a male from a female due to how close a leaf is to the plant...i wouldnt throw anything away untill i see balls...some female pre flowers look like nuts at the start...too risky IMO
yea alot of the time this is true and the males tend to grow faster and taller but ive had times where all throughout the grow i said this plants gonna be male based on those characteristics and they turned female, was a shocker to me but i wasnt complainini agree to an extent on the stretching part, not always the case though, and i have yet to determine a male from a female due to how close a leaf is to the plant...i wouldnt throw anything away untill i see balls...some female pre flowers look like nuts at the start...too risky IMO
