ok so im setten up my 1st vented grow. all my other grows were using an A/C and dehumidifyer. and were very good
so im useing 4x400wHPS in a 12x12x8 room
the lights and plants will only be in the corner of the room taking up about 5x5x5
for venting i want to use 20'' window fans (the square or round kind from walmart)
i want to get 2 of them and build a diy carmon scrubber to go behind them (2 window screens with carbon in the middle about 1/4 inch thick, with a wood frame)
does it sound like the 2 box fans will be enough ventilatin for my setup ( both on exhaust (passive intake) i dont know the CFM of those fans and i looked all over and kind find it, i also dont know how much CFM loss i will have when i put the 1/4 inch of carbon behind it.
anyone know anything about useing these type of fans to vent, i dont want to ge tduct work and all that just cut a hole in the drywall and place fan in the hole with a filter behind it, just keepen it simple and cheap
