No...probably not...sometimes leaves just yellow...do all the other leaves look good, except for the ones that are yellow? How old is the plant...is it vegging, or flowering, uner what lights with what soil? Leaves can yellow for numerous reasons: not enough food, too much food, root bound, not enough light, pH is too high, pH is too low, temps are too high, temps are too low, overwatered, underwatered, bad soil can make leaves yellow...so literally anything can make a plant's leaves yellow..

I am a new grower and i had this problem. I found that the fresh leaves were fine then eventually turned yellow and crispy and basicly fell off. I got some Baby Bio nutes and it has fixed the problem. I started using it and the fresh leaves stayed fresh. I just cut of the yellow crispy ones because they were f**ked

So, Same questions as Missnu about what stage are you at, soil, lights etc.. but from personal experience as a new grower, it was nutes for me.
