Bottle nutrients and watering

Looking for a little help/understanding on something. Not new to growing. I’ve always grown organic in coco with much success so I know how to water them no problem. But, I wanted to do a comparison on a few methods and wanted to give bottle nutes a shot. Using jacks 321, got the ratio down no worries there. But when you water I’ve read where you need to make sure and water till there’s a 20% run off. My understanding is if you use 1 gallon of water 20% of that gallon should be run off at the base. I’ve never watered my girls that much using organic’s so it’s a little confusing and of course I don’t want to f**k anything up either..... These beans ain’t cheap these days.. lol
So I’m in coco/ royal gold tupar and using jacks 321 and will be using tribus every once in a while for root development.
1)Do I water full strength till 20% comes out the base?
2)Do you usually use full strength every time you water?
3) I know I’m new to bottle nutes but this doesn’t over water them?
4) Do you water that much during seeding stage as well?
Thanks a bunch for any help and info. Stay safe!
