Botrytis growing on soil, scrog

Hi, I've just discovered that I have a little spot of botrytis on top of the soil. I have that plant in scrog net, she's pretty bushy so there was poor airflow, I did some defoliation and there I found it. I'm going to remove a reasonable chunk of soil from there and replace it, what else should be done? I know that from now on increased airflow is mandatory. Thanks for any reply:)

clean your grow space to ensure there are no other spores it may have released.
