I removed several sections like this and even a large main center stem that had a cut infected...any treatment options welcome. Please help.

That looks like a nightmare plants way to close, 3% peroxcide will help spray heavy before touching any mold spots an plucking sucker leafs does not cause a wound get at it thin that shit out.I removed several sections like this and even a large main center stem that had a cut infected...any treatment options welcome.
