If that is the case I could run one vertically on each corner of the tents as side lighting in addition to the cobs in one tent and the QB in the other and see if it's a benefit or would add too much light and heat but shouldn't cost an arm and a leg to find out

PCB LEDs as side lighting for a tree style grow. follow your instincts!
Throw those all on a single meanwell driver .
I think those five fixtures will do well in that tent. I would hang one in each corner then one in center on top. If you want to add anything, maybe some low wattage 660nm boards. Agree with the meanwell driver, and hlg-h120-c1050 series.
