Have you been touching the buds? Wind damage? Possible pollination? Damage from Spray? A little PK over fertilization?

Is that enough for you to worry about? If not I can think of more. Need more info on your grow to judge it better.

Those tower fans can be pretty brutal, they have a low arc of movement and can focus on one plant for too long. If the damage is on the side that has the fan that could be it. I have had it happen to mine when I over fertilize also.
