Blue Dream and white widow 400 wt hps closet grow

Hi, this is my first time growing indoors and i have a couple questions.
I got a clone of some blue dream almost two months ago and started it off under flourecent lighting then switched to hps. when i got the clone it had a bud on it and i put it back into vegging... this is the blue dream now. It appears to
be growing wonderfully. the only thing im wondering about this is sense its at the height i want can i flower it at any point or do i wait until a certain time?

My next question is the more important one...
I got a white widowplant about three weeks ago and it already has bud on it is this plant ready to harvest? its small and i only have one light and sense these two plants are in two different stages i obviously cant keep them under the same light. i dont know how old the white widow is so im hoping someone can look at it and tell. also is it too late to clone it?

what lighting schedule are they under? The Blue dream you could start flowering at any time, but be aware that most plants will grow 2-3x in size during flower. Blue Dream especially as she is a strong grower... I have a clone myself, which I have been LST training, and will flower soon.

easiest thing is to start flowering your blue dream and put it under the same light with the white widow. it is not ready to harvest, you probably have 4 to 6 weeks left on the widow.
