This is my second crop ever, My first turned out okay, which was the blue cheese as well. Theese are clones taken from the first batch. I decided to try a sog grow this time. The last and first time I only grew 6 plants and left them grow naturaly having only one main cola and lots of secondary branches. What I found is that I ended up with entire branches that only yielded 1-2 grams dried and cured. I also ended up with lots of small buds. The grow was not very efficient, all though I did yield 7 ounces under a 400 w hps. This time I and trying the sog method. Its not quite what I had in mind though, I was trying for single cola plants but I took my clones 3-4 weeks into flowering and all the plants grew multiple tops on there own without topping or training them. I found out later that its quite common when you take flowering clones. They all grew very well, only took 2 weeks to root and then took off from there. I vegged them for 12 days then switched to 12/12,.,.I ended up having to get rid of a few because they got to They stand around 25" tall. The canopy is 2-3 inches from the light and full of top colas, I chopped off all the secondary branches except for a few that made it to the top. I dont expect to have any popcorn buds and/or wasted space for stems. Flowering clones are great but for my next batch I took the clones a little sooner so I could grow bigger single colas and more of them. If I had the space I would grow out nothing but

I also decided to experiement with some new strains, Dont get me wrong the blue cheese is great and I plant to allways keep it going but for me there is nothing like a good kush strain. I just started a kushberry, burmese kush and free blue widow plant from attitude seedbank. I cant wait for the outcome!!! 3 months! Anyways I just figured I would share my limited experience . all coments or questions are welcom!!!!
