So I just grew out one plant each of Barneys blue cheese and red dragon, and Humboldt's bubba kush, lost coast og, and desert diesel which I got as freebies. Here's my impression of each and some pics:

They were grown in soil under a 300w hps. The weed hasnt cured yet so the smoke reports are just first impressions, so they will be short and probably inaccurate. Each plant was topped 3 times to form 8 tops, except for the red dragon which was only topped twice for 4 tops.

Blue Cheese - She grew well. This plant was def. a blueberry pheno. She stayed short and stocky throughout flowering with minimal stretch. up till week 5 her buds stayed embarrassingly and unsmokeably small with no trichs, I thought she was a junk pheno that would yield nothing. Then from week 6-9 she exploded and ended up being an average yielder. Throughout flowering her buds smelled like blueberries to the touch, and close to the end she overtook the whole room with the smell of overripe berries. She yielded just shy of an oz of very good looking buds. The high is just as described, spacey, euphoric, chill, and leaves you tired. It is a very unique high, very mellow and enjoyable for the end of the day. Average-good potency. overall - 8/10

Red Dragon - She grew a little slow in veg, which is why she was topped less that the others. Her leaves always showed some sort of spots and discolouration, although this didn't seem to effect her poorly. Despite her slower veg growth (and not that much slower at all) she ended up tying for top yielder, yielding 40g's. Her buds were beautiful, perfectly shaped hybrid buds. Average stretch. Her smell was unreal, very fruity and exotic just like the description. The smell was very similar to barneys lsd or a haze, only much fruitier, with an almost rotton b.o. undertone at times. After drying, the buds smell like dried guava fruit, just delicious. The high is just as described, uppity with tendencies for paranoia. Not my favorite, but might just need the proper setting. Average - good potency. I'd give it a 9/10 just because the high wasnt my favorite

Bubba Kush - This plant grew well throughout. Her buds stayed small but frosted up nice. Smelled sweet and musty. She stayed short and stocky, and was the lowest yielder of the bunch, yeilding 24g's. Her high is an indica knockout stone. Good potency. 8/10

Lost Coast OG - She grew well, her buds swelled early making me thing she would be a good yielder, but then around week 5-6 her buds just stopped growing. Average yield, just under an oz. She didn't smell at all throughout flowering, not even to the touch, but after drying she smells a little but I can't quite tell what she smells like. Maybe like an og but a lot fainter, with some just regular weed smell in there. The high from the one time I smoked it seemed like a good potent long lasting hybrid high. Average - good potency. 7/10

Desert Diesel - She grew well throughout, grew very large airy sativa buds. A little leafy, but also very crystaly. She was the top yielder, yielding just over 40g's of very good looking buds. When I took her out of the tent I realized she couldn't stand up on her own and was only upright by leaning on the surrounding plants. She did not smell at all though, which I thought was weird for a diesel. Even after drying, practically no smell until you break a nug up, at which point it smells faintly of diesel. The high is a good dreamy mellow high which doesn't burn you out, fitting of a sativa dom. diesel. Seems to have average - good potency. 8.5/10

Overall, every plant was good and I am not dissappointed (yet) with any of them. The humboldt plants would be great if you want to grow good weed stealthily, as none of them had an overpowering smell. Out of these, I would grow the blue cheese again to try out some other pheno's, and I would DEFINITELY grow the Red Dragon again. The yield, smell, and look of the buds is just top-notch. I will post more detailed smoke reports once I've had the chance to properly sample them when cured. Any and all questions/comments welcome
