Plants always need food.

I didn't ask correctly man, that was my fault. I was wondering if it's too early to start to give her bloom nutes?

She's in ground soil, I live in VA an it gets cold here around mid to early November. So I don't know how much time she'll have to bloom before it gets cold cold.

You think by judging from the pics to start with bloom nutes or wait another 2 week or so? Thanks for answering btw..I've spoken to u on here before. Your advice is always appreciated

I would do a handful of worm castings and half dose of dry bloom & cal/mag at that stage. But that's just me.

Some people (myself included) run veg nutes into the second week of flower. I find they still are growing fast and want the nitrogen in those first weeks. I'm in Southern Ontario. Snow flies around Halloween and my plants don't start flowering until mid-late aug. I'm starting to shade them now so I'll be able to harvest end of Oct.
I purposely run fast finishing strains. And only strains I know can be picked anytime around 8-9 weeks flower. Sometimes weather don't cooperate and your forced to pluck a little early. Last year I had to pick 2 weeks early because I was having an issue with mould and the forecast was calling for 10-15mm of rain and cold temps all week. Mother nature...

So in your opinion judging from my pics. Would it be too early for me to start with bloom nutes? My strain is also a fast finishing strain

Also, which is the better time to give the nute. Late evening or early morning?

You could go either way really man
If it were me..., I'd feed a 'transition' feeding kinda in between veg and bloom.
Outdoors the flowering process can take longer to get going as the day's begin to slowly loose light hours.
What fert you using?
Usually better in early morning but if they need water then water.

Basically, 1 more full dose of veg nute and a half or quarter of bloom and calmag, as yes they are hungry for nitrogen until 3 weeks of preflower. I personally find that a heaping handful or 2 of pure worm castings plus half bloom n calmag is sufficient for the nitrogen and a pre boost of p/k during the pre flower stretch.

I'm using the bloom nute buildAbloom from buildAsoil. I read it, an says it has nitrogen a tad bit of nitrogen already in it so I think I'll hold off on the calmag for tonight. Just did it so we'll see what happens lol I'll update like always.

I find though the castings can make them bolt if they aren't well fed. Super space in between nodes. If they're well fed though I don't find that happens.

Hm. I don't use it so I'm unfamiliar. I do my own thing for soil it's never really exactly the same but I use similar things like Gaia green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 also bat guano 0-13-1 and insect frass 3-2-1. And bokashi pro grow... Along with a bunch of other shit.

Nice man. Wheres your favorite spot to get good seeds? I wasn't even thinking about growing this year but my dumbass went to Washington DC an paid 240$ for half oz of straight fire an found a seed.lol so had to grow it

Lol. I get alot of gear off ripper and Jordan of the islands. Sacred cut seed co. Some old dinafem, old tga subcool, dj short, mephisto for autos,... I've been collecting for many years haha

Not to be a dork, but what do you mean castings can make them "bolt"? I always try to feed plenty. Of course I use super soil and only top dress dry nutes n castings n molasses always keeps my girls happy. But that's just me. :peace:

Sometimes it makes them stretch and grow really fast with elongated stems if you aren't feeding enough to begin with. Just something I've found happens sometimes I dunno.

I quoted myself somehow there
