Blackstar ??? Is it just me

the blackstar 500s pull 300 watts off the wall. The 900s pull right around 500-530. If youre having bleaching problems you can remedy this by raising your lights and to help in repairing bleached out areas you can use revive by AN and it will kick your plants back into the healthy mode after a couple of uses. Thesel lights are intense. YOu dont have to put them 8-10" for them to work. Just hang your lights 2 feet above your clones and let them grow to it--and then raise it if you need to---When they stop stretching then lowere back down to what you think--10-14" roughly will suit your plants best.

OK I couldn't get pictures but I was just checking out a grow under the BS 500. Two plants side by side one hydro/ rockwool slab, the other pro mix. The hydro is showing the same yellowing of the leaves that your seeing here. The one growing in dirt is a very healthy green. There are literally two stalks one from each plant side by side one yellowing the other not. BS is 15" above canopy. Hard to figure:wall:

I have a BS180 that's about.... 3 inches from the top of my plants... I also have a PG180 which is more powerful than a BS240 that's about 3 inches away from the tops of the plants, with no bleaching....

If I can jam 270 actual watts of LED into one plant @ 3" away.....

I'm not sure your plants are actually being bleached.
It's also different diodes and spectrums. That's kind of an apples to oranges comparison there, although I must say, he might have different conditions and a lack of micro nutes that could lead to bleaching.
