Black Spots on leaves! (pics inside)

I will be very happy if some of the forum members could help me with some good advice.

I have been growing this six beauty queens for about two and a half months and overall im really happy with their growth rate and appearance – here are some "full shot" images of the grow room so you can get the overall picture:

First of all some information about the grow:

Strains: LSD, Tutanachamun, Em-Dog

Growing medium: 50% soil + 50% perlite

Growing system: 6 buckets of Auto-pot 15 liter each, connected to a reservoir.

Feeding: Canna "terra" fertilizers

Oxygen: each plant gets oxygen from and air-dome that sits in each bucket and connected to an air pump.

Light: HPS 400w Dual-Spectrum + 2 HPS 250w.

Temperature: 27-30 Celsius.

Humidity: 35% - 45%.

Spraying: since they suffer from a minor pests problem I have been spraying them with Neem-Oil and a few days befor they got into flowering I sprayed them with a chemical spray against pests.

So far for the details – now the problems:

In the last few days I have noticed the some of the leaves are starting get black spots on them:

Could that be because I sprayed them with the chemical spray??

Should I be worry about it?

Whats should I do?

well first raise the rh some more. What chemical spray did you use and also im unfamiliar with an auto pot, is it a hydro setup? because if so i doubt soil goes in a hydro system..

hi, im defo not an expert, but seeing the purple stems in your pics along with the leaves i think you should look at mag deficiency pics/write ups, i know theres lots of reasons for the purple, most are harmless its just you have leaf problems aswell, have a read up if anything it will rule it out

What did you spray with?before neem.yrs ago i burmed sulpjur then a couple a weeks later sprayed with neem and killed my plants..so be carefull.check your ph run off as well as ec run off...it is a good start

Did you spray with the lights on?
Have you checked under your leaves for bugs and moving things?

Im no expert in deficiencies or pests (my damn weakpoints) but it could be neem burn... im tired as f and cant remember what i even just looked at so no guarantees.. but undiluted neem will eventually suffocate the stomata

Thats what my two thin mints had. They grew like trash the whole season and never finish budding well, was leafy matter around airy as could be almost buds.
After harvest if you can call it that, more like after trashing the plants I found small shinny black bugs in the soil. That brown spots that are bigger than just the black dots I had that too I thought it was a issue related to the Vermifire soil I used. But I transplanted to bigger pots later and it was the biger pots I found those weird black bugs after harvest. I'm not sure if this helps you any but your pic's are identical to how my plants looked. If I can still find my own pics I will upload them soon. Okay, sorry real bad pic quality but its the best I could find to show I had it too. Look at the base of the leaf blades at the near the stem of the leaf.
Notice in the first pic. the leaves have like hooked ends on the leaves. Is that a sign of tobacco mosaic disease?

The two thin mints of mine that never really recovered are the first two plants in this video on the left side when the video first plays. They grew like shit.

Bat guano seemed to help. They had trouble greening up. Hard to get them green hard to try and keep them green. They showed a lot of begining of purpleing too, someone said this is a lack of Phosphorus and that was why the cold air around it turned it purp. No one could tell me exactly what was wrong with mine either, so let me know. I think mine were diseased but I don't know.

The black spots on mine seemed to be worse after using safer brand caterpillar killer, it left little white chunks that I think dried and cause even more spoting.
What soil did you use for your 50/50 Soil perlite, was it Vermifire?

A flush seemed to help, But again this left me playing catch up trying to get them to green up.

Let me know if you agree if it might be diseased. I still think mine had it maybe yours too I don't know.

I wish I would have pulled mine and started over early enough. Out of those 6 OD, only those two were mine. I did all the growing, paid for all the gear, did the best I could to raise them, pre vegged them all starting indoor in February, didn't harvest till the beginning of October and my two plants were trash. Very disappointing to do so much work, and grow plants for another patient at the same time. See theirs looking near perfection and awesome and big, and mine were trash, grrrr.

Those shinny black little bugs I mentioned I found after harvesting, not sure what they were. Small black shinny bugs looked similar to a flea in size and sheen, but they were longer bodied.

I think the black is the advanced sign of the cannabis mottling.
