Black Flying THRIPS infestation, NEED HELP!

Ive got a problem with thrips, ive got plenty (prob 20 or more) adult thrips in the garden and lots of eggs and larval form starting on lower foilage. Ive sprayed with neem but it doesnt seem to be working! Ive got a stciky trap but its yellow i heard pink or blue were better. WHAT CAN I DO FOR SURE TO GET RID OF THEM

U can get mosquito dunks. Add one dunk to ur resevoir or to ur watering can. Let the dunk sit in the water can or res all the time and make sure it sits in the water u are about to use for 24 hours. That will take care of the ones in the medium by adding BT to ur water. The thrips think BT is food and they eat it and die. To take care of the ones on the leafs, spray with a Pyrethrum based pesticide every three days. U can use that tyoe of pesticide up to the day of harvest. Good luck.
P.S. Only spray right after lights go out, the plant will have its pores closed at this time and the plant will not take up the Pyrethrum as much as it will in the waking hours.
