hey on one leaf on my plant theres 2 little black dots is this something to worry about

Are these black spots under the leaves or actually in the leaves? Can you pick them off?

Sounds like mites. Let's see some pics. If it is spider mites or other mites. I have a great homemade solution to get rid of them.
