Big Stealth Few Questions

Hello All,

Decided recently to make use of a closet in my basement. The size is 7ft long X 5ft 9inch high X 3ft 4inch deep. It does need to be stealthy as there is a chance people will walk by that closet. I will be making a hidden locking mechanism for the doors.

I don't really have anywhere to vent the air so am thinking of making it a sealed room. Just a rough idea at the moment hopefully you guys can help me out along the way :)

I'll build a box with plywood and 2x4 and paint it flat white with a heat and flame resistant paint. I'm almost tempted to try a mini stadium but we'll see. What would be good hardware for a sealed room this size? For AC, de-humidifier, CO2? I was thinking for lights 2x 400W HPS sound about right?
I am also not sure if i should split the closet and have a small space for a few mothers and a veg section? Also not sure whats most efficient for that space. Hydro? Aero?

Found this controller. Looks like it has all the options needed. http://www.monstergardens.com/climate-controllers-co2-a-ac/environmental-controllers-a-co2.html?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage-vmshopgreen.tpl&product_id=5&category_id=3

Basically I want to squeeze as much production out of it as I can. I'll be researching alot this weekend to try and solidify things and will update my ideas here. Any help/ideas is most welcome and appreciated.

I should mention also that the budget for this setup is 3k max. Fairly big budget for such a small space i think but I want to make sure it's done right and as automated as possible.

it doesn't sound so much to me... but in america stuff is cheap.

i wouldn't think a system that recycles air would work. plants do need that fresh air. but then i guess if you supply with co2 it could work, but i bet you'd need a lot of that, and a/c of course. HID's are powerful heat sources, I imagine without venting out that air you would need your a/c to work very hard to cool that down. sounds like a no go to me.

Well the problem with the A/C is it has to get rid of it's heat somewhere also. I like my basement grow because it stays nice and cool and at a steady temp. No matter what time of the day or night, how hot it is outside, if the lights are on or off, it remains 77 degrees and a humidty of 44. I run one 400w in my flowering cabinet which is pretty large and 4 23 watt 6500k CFL's and both cabinets are connected and cooled by one 6in Vortex inline fan. Even when it is 100+ outside my flowering cabinet never gets over 81 degrees. You will have to vent something somewhere.

I ve helped a few people on this site build awesome cabs etc ... If ya want a hand getting it perfect I'd be more than happy to help :) could you post a couple of pics of the cab how it is at the moment, do you know what type of lighting you'd prefer? ... also how many plants do you wish to grow? - STELTHY :leaf:

Just re read your thread and see you want 2x 400w Hps this would work fine however baring in mind the size of the cab would you consider 3x250w say 2x 250w dual spec HPS at either end and a normal 250w Hps in the middle? It would mean better coverage and a wider spectrum, another Idea is to divide the cab and have a Veg room and a flower room... this would give you a more regular harvest... I have literally hundreds of ideas :) what are your thoughts ? - STELTHY :leaf:
