Big room or numerous small rooms

I have a space about 26 x 35 and I want to set up a bunch of flowering rooms. My plan was to have 4 individual rooms each at about a quarter of the space and have as much activity in each room (lights, tables, etc.) and then do each room a different strain.

Or should I do one big room and save myself some wall development etc.

Thoughts.

Note the room will all be flowering so I was thinking if I have four rooms I could have ballasts switching from room to room so I could save some money on those as I 12/12 adjacent rooms.

Just do them perpetually.
Start different groups of girls at intervals.

2 rooms. 1 on the first 12 hours of the day the other on the last 12 hours of the day so your not using so much energy at once and you could cool it easier. 4 rooms might be wasting space
