big gap between nodes

I have this Afghan Kush Ryder auto that is 1 month old every thing was nice and tight and suddenly I got a huge gap between nodes I have tiny pistols coming from the top. Is it time to switch to my hps light ?

Yea switch over, its stretching cuz its now in flower, with autos theyll flower regardless of the light but ull get better results with the hps.
