BHO after Rosin Press

Im new to BHO, rosin, wax, shatter crumble etc but really solid in hash, oil, solvent extractions etc I took a bit off to focus on my kid and when I came back people have seriously changed the game lol

I have a question I seem unable to find an answer for online, I've read a lot that while its generally agreed upon that rosin heat press produces a better end product but substantially less quantity, rosin tends to be 10 to 25% while BHO is 30% (online stats) so could a person do a BHO run with what remains of the after press waste? is it not feasible to potentially pull what's left from the flowers out in the butane or is it so damaged that the solvent would have no effect?

One other question, why is it called butane hash oil online? I first heard about it decades ago as butane honey oil, which really seems a more fitting designation it so resembles oil and honey than hash lol imo.

Yes you can extract the remaining essetial oil with butane. Butane hash oil and butane honey oil are the same, but now evolved into shatter, crumble, wax, budder, live resin, etc, et al..........

Heads spend a lot of time in their heads thinking up new variations and names.
