beware- scammed

hi, not sure if this should go here, but i ordered a hid light from insidesun and they burnt me, took my money and havent heard anything from them. i e-mailed them several times, nothing. just thought you would like too know. by the way, learned alot here, keep up the good work!

If you paid with a credit card, I'd try contacting your card company and see if you can get your money back

Try emailing them from a different address... I have ordered from inside sun before and I received my order just fine. I doubt entirely that they are trying to rip you off.

That's been a respectable and reputable shop in the past. I wonder if they're hurting and running on a short staff or if they're going out of business or something.

They have a phone number, what happens when you call it? I wouldn't wait for email.
