no, then you have 800 watts with the two 400's. 1 600 is better than 1 400 because it has 200 more watts. if you ended up getting a half g a watt then thats 100 more grams off the 600. that kit only comes with 1 400 ballast that you can use either bulb in at a time. not at the same time. so you would only have one 400 w. but in you area two 400s with vented hoods would be perfect. i have one 600 in my 4x2 1/2x 6 cab and its perfect but shouldof gone with a vented hood. heat issues. in that cab you will def want vented hoods. just get two 400's on there both with the euro 8. would be about 260. you can get all the other stuff somehwere else.

hmm it's tough to say since your space is so narrow. 2 400s watters would probably be much better because they can cover a 3' squared area. Therefore you could effectively cover all 6 feet of your space. A 600 watter is about ideal for a 4 ft/2 area and a 1000 watter about 5 feet. As long as you can maintain the heat I'd say the 2 400 watters would be the best choice but with a 600 watter you will get better penetration and also you won't need to upgrade your light if you wanted to have a bigger grow space in the future since the lumen/watt ratio of them is so great.
