Best way to deliver co2 to my plants.

Im gonna go with the co2 regulator, timer, and tubing route on my next grow. Im sure this has been answered 100 times but I didn't have much luck with my searches.

My question is what will be the best method for delivering the co2 to my plants? Ive heard about the run it up above the plants, set timers so fans turn off when co2 turns on. Ive also seen some people say to run the hose to behind an oscillating fan and let it distribute that way. Any opinions?

i was reading about the yeast and sugar thing, mixing them up in a 2 liter bottle. you pop a small hole in the top of the cap and shake up the solution and it slowly lets out c02. all you have to do is shake the bottle once a day and change the solution one a week or so. or untill you shake and get no more bubbles. i have to read up more on this my self but thought i would chime in for the idea.

My question wasn't what co2 method I wanted to use. It was the best way to deliver it to my plants using the regulator and co2 bottle.

imo. the best way would be to let the c02 tank run all day everyday so the plants can feed off the c02 constantly, but this may get pricey filling your tank every few days. so then next thing could be cutting off your fans and letting the c02 fill the area for a set amount of time then turn the tank off and kick on your fans.
